Returns Policy

You can return one or more products within 14 days from the delivery date of your order by emailiing online@nolo.lv. 1. Make sure the product(-s) are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identificaton tags still attached. Pack the items securely, in the original packaging. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, NOLO will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges. 2. Send the item(-s) to the below stated address - to do so, go to the post office and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor will refund the price of the returned purchased products. You will only be charged for the shipping cost. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense by the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. Refund Times and Procedures

After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used: Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss; PayPal:The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive our confirmation e-mail.

Our courier for orders is EMS by Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered. Please note that EMS courier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.
