Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel it by sending a cancellation notice to online@nolo.lv or by calling +37128326447. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the cancellation period expires.

Returned items must be sent back to the seller within fourteen (14) days from the date you, or a third party indicated by you (not the carrier), physically received the last item. Items can be returned using the carrier specified by the Seller or any other courier service. Exchanges for other products are not possible.

Return Terms and Conditions

You must return the items to the NOLO store at the following address: Lielirbes iela 29, Rīga, LV-1046, with the recipient marked as: Store “NOLO”. Items must be returned using the VENIPAK LATVIJA parcel terminal (Rīga, Spice Shopping Center) without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the order cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the items back before the 14-day period expires.

You will be responsible for covering the direct return shipping costs (for VENIPAK LATVIJA or another courier). You are liable for any diminished value of the item if it was used for purposes other than checking its nature, characteristics, and functionality (i.e., the item must not be damaged or worn).

Refund Deadlines and Procedure

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard one we offer).

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that you have sent them back — whichever comes first.

Refund processing times depend on the payment method used:

• Credit/Debit Card Purchase: the refund time depends on your card provider’s policy. However, we assure you that the credit value date will match the original payment date, so you will not suffer any interest loss.

Our courier partners are VENIPAK LATVIJA and Latvijas Pasts EMS (for shipments outside the Baltic countries).
Please note that delivery times refer to business days only and do not include holidays.
EMS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or general property addresses without a specific delivery point.

Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided by EMS or VENIPAK LATVIJA.
The tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in their account.

EMS delivers on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and time slots cannot be scheduled in advance.
Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse.
