NOLO's terms for the return and exchange clothes
At NOLO Fashion – brand clothing store – we care about making every purchase a satisfying experience. That’s why we offer our customers the opportunity to return and exchange clothes within 14 days of receiving their order.
Clothing returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item:
- ✓ has not been used;
- ✓ retains all original tags, packaging and labels;
- ✓ is free from damage, stains or signs of wear.
Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices may be subject to special conditions. In such cases, returning clothes requires prior approval from our customer service team.

To return or exchange clothes, please contact us via email at online@nolo.lv or by phone at +37128326447, providing your order number and the reason for your decision. Once we receive your request, we’ll send detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
Please return the products in full packaging to the following address: Lielirbes iela 29, Rīga, LV-1046, marked for Store «NOLO». All items must be returned via the VENIPAK LATVIJA parcel terminal (Rīga, Spice Shopping Center) without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the order cancellation.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or our mistake. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will either:
- refund the payment using the same method as the original transaction;
- proceed with a clothes exchange for another item or size, as agreed in advance.
If the item is returned due to a defect, NOLO will reimburse the delivery costs.
