Shipping, Returns & Payment

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, +37128326447, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by sending e-mail to To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by the Vendor, or through another shipping agent. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.

Terms and Conditions of Return

You shall send back the goods to the below stated address or to NOLO Store using T/C Spice Omniva pakomat (Riga), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Omniva returns for Baltics are free of charge - upon recieving your return email we will be abel to sent you tracking number for your return shipment. For other then Omniva, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund Times and Procedures

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery
offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to
withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:

Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;

PayPal:The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive our confirmation e-mail.

Our courier for orders is EMS by Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post) or DHL Shipping Services. Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered. Please note that EMS courier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Post Restate addresses.

Tracking the delivery

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the EMS courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in their account.

EMS delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
