Nolo AW'18/19 Runway

In the 14th collection AW’18/19 NóLó offers you to take a glance into the other side of the shiny screens of computers and laptops and to dive into the enchanting world of digits and codes.

This time, our role models are computer geeks and hackers, while the collection itself is a mix of futurism, cyber-punk and 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s style - the era of IT development. The “Digital Girl”theme has not only become the groundwork of the collection, but is also prevalent in prints, fabrics and garment elements.

The collection, in the true spirit of NóLó, is eclectic, ironic, and a tad crazy. It offers brave and unexpected experiments with shapes, constructions and colours, and, traditionally, is a mix of masculine and feminine. Oversized items, avant-garde, asymmetry and deconstructed elements go hand in hand with “new look” silhouettes, feminine frills and circle skirts.

NóLó always aims for functionality and comfort in any moment and any situation. This season NóLó offers to courageously create looks with comfortable sportswear and technical sportswear elements. The focus of AW’18/19 are blazers and suits of various shapes and colours. Formal blazers, tuxedoes, printed jackets, shirt-blazers, coats - all are things NóLó offers to try on this winter.

The collection mainly consists of natural fabrics and jersey, eco-leather and eco-fur, vinyl, varnished finishes, latex and sequins. And for formalwear - french jacquard, velvet and tulle.

The collection is bright in a ‘winterly’ fashion, and the 4 main colour palettes are mustard-yellow, burgundy, ultramarine and pine green - all are trends for the following winter.

The collection additionally has exaggerated accessories made of feathers, interesting cyber-punk headpieces, large appliqués with rough hand embroidery, as well as decorative belts and bags in various shapes and sizes. All these elements bring irony into the collection and create playfulness NóLó is so fond of.
